Get your party gear out because Rusty is planning lots of kids’ discos this month at Hunters Quay Holiday Village, Dunoon.

Rusty, our resident red squirrel, has become a popular new friend of the kids and adults too. He loves to boogie the night away making an appearance at his special Rusty’s Roundup Discos, much to the delight of the kids.

On Saturday we welcomed owners of our holiday homes to an exclusive event at Hunters Quay Holiday Village, Dunoon.

This gave them a chance to see our newly refurbished Reception, Holiday Homes Sales Showroom, and Hunters Bar & Grill. A welcome speech was given by the Manager of Hunters Quay Holiday Village, David Dain, detailing the renovation investment and other exciting plans for the future. Owners also had an opportunity to enjoy some fantastic food and drinks, giving a taster of the quality of food available. We had lots of positive reviews of the food and there certainly weren’t any leftovers! Our new menus will soon be on offer at the Hunters Bar & Grill.

Children had great fun with a giant inflatable slide, face painting and kids’ activities outdoors in the marquee. Rusty our resident red squirrel also made an appearance and gave hugs and lollipops to all of his fans. Special Hunters Quay goody bags were given out and our owners seemed delighted with them.

The unveiling of the latest Willerby caravan model, the Eden 2012, proved to be a real spectacle. The caravan was hidden in the Holiday Homes Sales Showroom behind camouflage netting, and guarded by an army sniper mannequin until it was revealed to the owners. The event was rather exciting, with dramatic music, lighting and smoke machines all adding to the effect. The caravan itself did not disappoint. Owners were allowed to view it and explore all the rooms inside, and seemed most impressed by the quality of fittings and style of its interior.
